We Work Towards Sustainability

The National Sustainable Development Foundation (NSDF) is a non-profit organization established in 2019 under the leadership of Dr. Parasuraman.

The foundation is committed to promoting sustainable development through women and youth empowerment, agriculture development, livelihood enhancement, entrepreneurship, and community-based initiatives.

Building Agriculture

We work towards strengthening livelihoods of families depending on agriculture and train on value added products.

Systemizing Trade

With a strong focus on rural and semi-urban regions, NSDF delivers need-based interventions that address local challenges while fostering economic empowerment, agricultural development, entrepreneurship, and social well-being.

Building Inclusion

The Foundation works closely with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), women-led enterprises, farmer groups, youth organizations, and community institutions to promote sustainable livelihoods and inclusive development.

With more than 30 years of extensive experience in community development, he has been closely associated with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), SHG Federations, women empowerment initiatives, rural livelihood programs, and grassroots development activities.

With over 25 years of experience in the NGO and rural development sector, Ms. Abirami has built strong relationships with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Women Federations, Panchayat Level Federations (PLFs), Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and rural development institutions.

She plays an important role in strengthening community participation, supporting program implementation, and fostering collaborations with stakeholders to create meaningful social impact.
